The Eye
Let me tell you a story about a man. A very powerful and influential man who became obsessed and jealous of another man - not of his wealth- but of the love he received everywhere he goes. He has the equal, if not more than the wealth of this man and yet no one can explain where this man's money came from. What is his heritage and where did he come from?
The jealous man knew his family is one of the richest in the world. Their bloodline carries the line of the oldest royals. His ancestry goes back centuries, has always been a member of the privileged. And he watched. And he wonders.
He is not jealous of this man's wealth; he had more than enough. He needed to know what made him who he is.
So, he built an Eye in the Sky.
It was not that hard. Being who and what he is. All he needed are few phone calls.
It took years to build "The Eye". But he was happy.
The world became a repetition of men's destructive nature. Sadness and hopelessness start to gnaw on him. The face of his father looks at him every time he faces his reflection in the mirror. He did not want to be like him. He died protecting the only thing that matters to him- his wealth.
His father's last words to him, " Protect what belongs to you."
And he did. He spent most of his adult life protecting and gaining more wealth. More than a man can spend in seven lifetimes. He cannot help but think, "Surely, there is more to life than this." ... as he watched people from different walks of life pass the computer screen lined up the whole entire wall of his office.
News on current events, catastrophe, and wars both impending and current - famine in one world, luxury in another.
And then a news caught his eyes, something about a man's generosity. An ordinary working man who offered half of what he is earning daily to a certain charity. It was not much. He was not earning a big salary but his willingness to give it away what fascinated him. At first, he finds it, "Stupidity " - "Why would he do that? "
And yet he could not hide the flicker of emotion that pass his face as he saw the faces of the children flashed on the screen - knowing they will eat today, and tomorrow because of a single man's generosity.
As the days pass, he could not forget and understand why that certain news touched him. He gives to charities too. Millions of dollars. He has got people in-charge of that part of his organization. It helps answer some public questions. It justified some unmentionable actions that became part of his everyday business transactions.
But he still questions the man's action, and he hated unanswered questions.
He hired a Private Investigator to follow the charitable man .... discreetly.
The Private investigator came up with something interesting.
The charitable man belongs to an organization. He was once a broken man. His wife died of cancer. They had no child. All their savings were used to finance his wife's cancer treatment including their house. An organization called, "The Tree of Life" offered him a job; in return, he will give half of his earnings to a charity of his choice. Obviously, the man accepted. End of Private Investigation Report.
End Part 1. here

The Eye
Part 1
Let me tell you about a man.
A very powerful, influential man.
He became obsessed with another man.
Not because of wealth — he had just as much, maybe more.
And no one could explain where that other man’s money came from.
Or his heritage. Or where he came from.
The jealous man knew who he was.
His family was one of the richest in the world.
Their bloodline traced back to the oldest royals.
For centuries they’d been privileged. Born inside the walls.
And still — he watched.
And he wondered.
It wasn’t the wealth. He had more than enough.
He needed to know what made the other man him.
So he built an Eye in the Sky.
It wasn’t hard. For a man like him, it was a few phone calls.
It took years. But when it was done, he was satisfied.
The world on the screen became a loop of men and their destruction.
Sadness started to gnaw at him. Hopelessness.
Every time he faced the mirror, he saw his father’s face.
He did not want to be like him. His father died protecting the only thing that mattered to him — his wealth.
His last words: “Protect what belongs to you.”
And he did. He spent most of his adult life protecting it. Gaining more.
More than one man could spend in seven lifetimes. And yet he couldn’t stop thinking:
“Surely, there is more to life than this.”
As he watched people from every walk of life pass across the wall of screens in his office.
News on current events.
Catastrophe. Wars, both impending and current.
Famine in one world. Luxury in another.
And then one headline caught his eye.
About a man’s generosity.
An ordinary working man who gave half of what he earned each day to a charity.
It wasn’t much. His salary wasn’t big.
But it was the willingness that fascinated him.
At first, he thought: “Stupidity. Why would he do that?”
And yet he couldn’t hide the flicker that crossed his face
when he saw the children flash across the screen —
knowing they would eat today, and tomorrow,
because of one man’s giving.
In the days that followed, he couldn’t forget it.
Couldn’t understand why that small news had touched him.
He gave to charities too. Millions.
He had people in charge of that part of his organization.
It answered some public questions.
It justified things that were better left unmentioned in his daily transactions.
But he still questioned the man’s action.
And he hated unanswered questions.
So, he hired a private investigator.
Discreet.
Follow the charitable man.
The report came back with something interesting.
The charitable man belonged to an organization.
He had once been broken.
His wife died of cancer. They had no children.
All their savings went to her treatment — including their house.
An organization called “The Tree of Life” offered him a job.
In return, he would give half of his earnings to a charity of his choice.
Obviously, he accepted.
End of Private Investigation Report.

Meta AI: The contrast hits hard here — millions vs. half a daily wage. And “The Tree of Life” showing up feels intentional.
I kept your tone — mythic, quiet, a bit weary.
