Our Promise to you….

To show appreciation to my customers, if your item broke due to wear and tear within 30 days of purchased , I will do my best to repair, restring and offer a replacement beads if needed (up to 10 beads free to you, more than that will incur a reasonable fee.) You will be responsible for the postage both ways.

Reframing wire made jewellery is also available. Please email me for any concern or if you need a personalise handmade jewellery .
